Power Solutions installed a state-of-the-art lighting system for Dulles Discovery 4. The innovative system allows ‘daylight harvesting,’ in which sensors automatically detect ambient natural light and adjust the lighting system accordingly.

When developer Peterson Group planned a new eight-story, 550,000-square-foot office building, Dulles Discovery 4, their general contractor, Holder Construction Group, selected Power Solutions for electrical infrastructure services. The two-year project includes providing and coordinating all electrical equipment for the building, as well as installation of all distribution and switchgear equipment, lighting and lighting controls, life safety generator backups, UPS, lightning protection and site communications raceways.

The base building project is scheduled for completion in 2018.
