Marriott Hotels wanted to renovate the lobby and welcome center of its corporate headquarters in Bethesda, MD, to offer the latest and best in space design and features, from treadmill desks to open conferencing. Power Solutions partnered with the firm to bring its vision to life.

The project began with installation of new branch power panels to provide the electrical distribution required.

Power Solutions coordinated with the client, architects and lighting manufacturer to develop a custom lighting plan for the space and incorporate lighting controls into the building management system.

Due to the success of the headquarters project, Marriott contracted with Power Solutions to install fencing and security controls for its data center in Frederick, MD. Partnering with Hercules Fencing, Power Solutions enclosed a 20-acre data center property with 9-foot-high security fencing and two outdoor gates, associated electrical systems and controls, card access equipment and security cameras.
