Due to unavoidable impacts to the schedule, the project was at risk of stalling. To maintain the project’s critical completion date, Power Solutions found…solutions. The regular crew went from 8-hour to 12-hour shifts and we added a night shift to keep the work moving. We maximized tool and material management, and made adjustments on the fly to allow Power Solutions to finish the job within the prescribed four months.
